Permanent Residency and Sponsorship

Permanent Residency
You can become a Permanent Resident of Canada through a variety of programs including:
  • Express Entry;
    • Federal Skilled Workers Program;
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program;
    • Canadian Experience Class Program;
  • Quebec-Selected Skilled Workers Program;
  • Self-Employed Program;
  • Investor Programs; and
  • Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

If you are interested to apply and become a Permanent Resident of Canada, we can assist you in the process. We can help you with determining your eligibility and directing you towards the program that fits your specific circumstances and qualifications.

Sponsorship
If you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and at least 18 years of age, you may be eligible to sponsor your immediate family members, including your:
  • Spouse;
  • Common-Law/Conjugal Partner (16 years of age or older);
  • Dependant Children, including adopted children under the age of 18;
  • Parents;
  • Grandparents; and
  • Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, or Grandchildren who are orphans , not married and under the age of 18;
to come to Canada.

Sponsorship applications can be complicated and tricky. Therefore, they need to be completed thoroughly and in consideration of future risks.

Citizenship

In order to apply for Canadian Citizenship, individuals must meet specific requirements. These requirements are clearly provided by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and outlined in the CIC website.

You can personally apply for your citizenship, as long as you meet the necessary requirements. However, we can assist you in this process should you experience any issues or have any questions or concerns.

Appeals and Hearings

If you are planning to challenge a decision in relation to your Immigration or Citizenship applications , or already facing one of the following proceedings:
  • Judicial Review
  • Citizenship and Sponsorship Appeals (Appeals to the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB))
  • Pre-Removal Risk Assessment Application
  • Humanitarian and Compassionate Claim
We can assist you in the process.

Please be aware that in facing any of the proceedings outlined above, time is of the essence.
